This beautiful property on a small lake got an extensive backyard addition for its new owners. The new terrace expansion consisted in adding a 75-foot pool, hot tub and BBQ area in seamless fashion to the existing residence. Originally built in the early 2000’s this is a Leed-Platinum residence with stunning architecture inside and out. Designed by Young & Young Architects, in collaboration with, modeled and rendered by Cordova Design.
